KentonGPT
A large human model. It cannot answer immediately. It reads your question, thinks about it for a few hours, weighs what it has actually seen work and fail, and comes back with an answer it will stand behind.
No streaming tokens. No confident nonsense. One person who has done this before, taking your problem seriously.

Specifications
- Architecture
- Just one guy. No data centers. A singular human brain.
- Parameters
- Unknown. We're not sure Kenton operates by any standard parameters at all.
- Training data
- 15 years self-directed since 2011: 200+ websites built, 35+ shipped products, and a three-year creative training arc where Kenton truly awakened.
- Knowledge cutoff
- None. There is genuinely no cutoff to Kenton's curiosity (we're not kidding).
- Context window
- KentonGPT has no token-limitations or memory restrictions. He remembers your day-to-day business, personal aspirations, and even your pet's name.
- Inference speed
- Hours, not milliseconds. The HumanBrain 1.0 model won't be getting any "fast-mode" updates any time soon.
- Streaming responses
- Kenton loves to help people achieve their dreams. Livestreaming serves as a way for Kenton to reach customers, subscribers, and strangers. Subs get priority with asking questions, but absolutely no one will be ignored.
- Hallucination rate
- Zero. If Kenton is unsure, he's got a really good habit of researching and learning what he doesn't already know so that he can better help.
- Uptime
- 16 hours a day on average, but Kenton's a bit wild. Some days you'll get extra usage if he pulls an all nighter. Happens regularly (if we're being honest).
- Alignment
- Aggressively on your side. This is your livelihood that we're talking about. There's no time for BS answers. I'm going to be honest and we're going to find a solution either way. That's how this works.
Why this exists
Not an AI pretending to be a person. A person, filed under AI.
Every creative professional now competes with a machine that answers instantly, confidently, and for free. It is very good at sounding right. It has never lost a client, mispriced a project, shipped something nobody wanted, or had to tell a founder the honest thing at the wrong moment.
I have. Fifteen years of it. That is the whole product: the mistakes are mine, so the judgment is worth something. When I say do not do that, it is because I already did.
So the name is a joke, and the joke has a point. The slow answer is the good one.
What it looks like
A real question, a real answer
A subscriber
I've been undercharging for three years and I know it. How do I raise my rates without blowing up the client relationships I already have?
No template. No model. Someone who has done it.
Two ways to run inference
Shared compute, or your own instance
Shared compute
Free
Public livestreams. Bring a question, get in the queue.
- Ask anything in the live chat
- Answered in queue order, best effort
- Watch other people's problems get solved
- Free, always
Dedicated instance
7 days free
then $40/month
A private thread. Just you and one slow, careful model.
- Unlimited questions, no prompt cap
- Considered answers, usually within hours
- Priority in the livestream queue
- Context kept between sessions
- Cancel whenever, no negotiation
Capacity
Limited seats
GPU constrained. Kenton can only think about so many businesses at once, and the whole point is that each answer gets real time spent on it. When the seats are full, they are full.
Scope
What it is good at, and what it is not
In distribution
- Brand positioning and naming
- Pricing and packaging your work
- What to build next, and what to kill
- Why your site is not converting
- Getting a thing shipped instead of rewritten
Out of distribution
- Legal, tax, or investment advice
- Doing the work for you. That is a separate engagement.
- Guaranteed outcomes of any kind
The boring part, stated plainly
KentonGPT is a person, not software, and not affiliated with OpenAI or any AI company. The name is a joke. The advice is not.
The first 7 days are free. Your card is collected when you start so the seat is held, and nothing is charged until day 8. From then it is $40 a month, automatically, until you cancel. Cancel any time in the first 7 days and you are charged nothing at all.
A subscription buys access to ask questions and get considered answers, usually within hours, sometimes a day or two — free week included. It does not buy deliverables: no logos, no code, no decks. That is separate paid work.
Everything shared is informational and based on personal experience. It is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and no outcome of any kind is promised or implied. Decisions about your business remain yours.
Cancel any time from your billing page. During the free week that stops it before any charge; after that the subscription runs to the end of the month you have paid for and does not renew. One free week per person — start again later and billing begins immediately. Questions that fall outside the scope above may be declined, and anything shared in a private thread stays private.
