Going full time
They asked: should i quit my job and go full time on youtube? i'm at 2k subs
Kenton: okay wait. no. please don't quit yet lol. and i say that as someone who's genuinely proud of you, 2k is real. but subs aren't a paycheck. pick the one thing your channel is actually known for, post on a schedule you can keep while you still have the job, and build one thing people can buy from you. when that thing is paying you, then we talk about quitting. i'm not trying to kill the dream, i'm trying to make sure the dream doesn't run out of rent money.
AI and your voice
They asked: can i just have chatgpt write all my posts?
Kenton: honestly? you can. but people can feel it, like they can literally tell. use it for the boring parts, first drafts, captions, ideas when you're stuck. then rewrite it the way you'd actually say it out loud. at the end of the day people follow you, not a robot. the robot's just your intern.

They asked: i run a small bakery. how do i use ai without losing the personal feel?
Kenton: love this question. so basically, let ai do the stuff nobody sees: answering the same five dm questions, order reminders, figuring out what sold this week. keep the stuff people love, you, the photos, the story behind the bread, 100% human. and if you want, i'll help you set up a simple tool for the orders part, so you get some of your week back.
Starting from zero
They asked: i want to start an online business but i have no idea what
Kenton: okay so don't start with "what business." start with what people already come to you for. like, what do your friends text you about? pick one of those and sell a tiny version of it to three people this month. if nobody bites, that's not failing, that's data. we try the next one. you're not picking your forever thing, you're just picking your first thing.
Do you need an app?

Kenton: wait, probably not an app. honestly most small businesses don't need an app, they need a booking link that works and sends people reminders. that's an afternoon to set up, not months. if you ever outgrow it, then we talk custom tools. i build those, so trust me, i'll tell you when you actually need one.

- Slow on purpose. Answers land when they're right, usually in a day or two, never on a deadline. The HumanBrain 1.0 model won't be getting a "fast-mode" update any time soon.

- Kenton loves to help people achieve their dreams. Livestreaming serves as a way for Kenton to reach customers, subscribers, and strangers. Subs get priority with asking questions, but absolutely no one will be ignored.

- Zero. If Kenton is unsure, he's got a really good habit of researching and learning what he doesn't already know so that he can better help.

Capacity
Limited seats
GPU constrained. Kenton can only think about so many businesses at once, and the whole point is that each answer gets real time spent on it. When the seats are full, they are full.
Founding seats: 25. Once all 25 are full and happy, I'll open more, up to 50. I'd rather do a great job for 25 people than an okay job for a hundred. If it's full, join the waitlist and you're first in line.

What if you're busy?
real talk, sometimes i will be. i'm a human, not a server farm. i run a business, i build things for clients, and some days that eats my whole day. that's why i say a day or two and not "instantly."
but here's my promise: when i answer you, i'm all in. you'll get real ideas, straight answers (even when it's "wait, no, don't do that"), and someone actually keeping you on track week to week. i want this to be the easiest monthly subscription you have.
Is this actually AI?
nope. it's me, ryan. the name is a joke about ai, and every answer is typed by a person who's been building online since 2011. not affiliated with openai or any ai company.
What counts as one question?
one thing you want help with, plus up to two extra details if you think of them. when i answer, you ask the next one. that's how every answer gets real time instead of a rushed reply.
What if it isn't worth it?
then tell me. if a paid month doesn't feel worth it, message me that month and i'll refund it. no hard feelings, no hoops.
What's a founding seat?
i'm starting with 25 seats on purpose. once all 25 are full and happy, i'll open more, up to 50. founding members keep their price for as long as they stay, even if it goes up later.
What won't you help with?
legal, tax or investment stuff, that's for licensed pros. and i won't do the work for you in here (logos, code, rewrites). that's separate paid work, and i'll tell you if you need it.

The boring part, stated plainly
KentonGPT is a person, not software, and not affiliated with OpenAI or any AI company. The name is a joke. The advice is not.
The first 7 days are free. Your card is collected when you start so the seat is held, and nothing is charged until day 8. From then it is $50 a month, automatically, until you cancel. Cancel any time in the first 7 days and you are charged nothing at all.
A subscription buys access to ask questions and get considered answers, one question at a time, with a free week included. Answers usually land within a day or two, but there is no guaranteed response time and no deadlines. It does not buy deliverables or edits: no logos, no code, no decks, no rewrites. That is separate paid work.
Everything shared is informational and based on personal experience. It is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and no outcome of any kind is promised or implied. Decisions about your business remain yours.
Founding seats: the first 25 subscribers keep $50 a month for as long as their subscription stays active, even if the price goes up later. Cancel and come back, and the price at that time applies.
If a paid month doesn't feel worth it, say so in your thread or email ryan@heyitskenton.com during that month, and that month's charge is refunded in full.
Cancel any time from your billing page. During the free week that stops it before any charge; after that the subscription runs to the end of the month you have paid for and does not renew. One free week per person. Start again later and billing begins immediately. Questions that fall outside the scope above may be declined, and anything shared in a private thread stays private.
